Fresh from the forge for 2025- part of the revival of traditional North Carolina Silversmithing.
Hand hammered to form from a cast silver ingot (.900/1,000)- the body has been delicately shaped using hammers and files.
Entirely hand burnished and polished- the handle is hand engraved with a wriggle floral motif with a lightly chased floral blossom.
The serving spoon is quite pleasing in the hand- measuring just under 9 inches in length.
Fully marked and signed- Old North Pewter Sterling .900 Coin silver.

Custom and personalized orders
We regularly create custom order pieces. Besides special order pieces for individuals, we have made presentation pieces for the DAR, NCSDAC, as well as several historical societies. Simply drop us a message with an idea of what you are looking for and we will produce a sketching and provide an estimate of how long it will take to craft.
Care instructions
All of our pewter is lead free and should not be placed in the dishwasher. Gentle cleaning with warm water and soap is all that is needed to clean the pieces. Over time the pewter will naturally dull slightly, which is appealing to many. However it that is undesired a paste of baking soda and water will bring back much of the luster.
